Add-ons [OzzModz] Remove Reactions From First Post For Suggestion Threads 2.0.0

This is a simple addon that will remove the ability to add reactions to the first post in a suggestion thread, This can be useful if your members confuse the upvoting vs the reactions. Much like on XF, suggestions are gauged on the first post upvote score, so users reacting to the first post don't get their upvote counted. See the below screenshot, the Rwact is missing in the first post only.
